Power of Attorney & Director Services

Incapacity — whether sudden or gradual — creates an immediate need for someone who can step in, take responsibility, and manage affairs with professionalism and care. For many families, identifying the right person for that role is not straightforward.
At Everest Advisory, we accept appointments as Attorney under a Power of Attorney, providing trusted, accountable support when individuals are temporarily or permanently unable to manage their personal, financial, or business affairs.
Drawing on our extensive experience in fiduciary administration and business operations, we help ensure continuity, stability, and sound oversight throughout.
What we will do:
-
Acting as Attorney under an Enduring or Continuing Power of Attorney, or as agent of an Attorney;
-
Providing an independent, accountable option when a family member is unable or unwilling to act;
-
Managing personal and financial affairs in accordance with the individual’s wishes and best interests;
-
Supporting business continuity by serving as a director, officer, or shareholder representative where appropriate; and
-
Working alongside legal, accounting, and advisory professionals to maintain sound oversight and coordinated administration throughout.
