Everest Advisory Ltd. is not a trust company. Where a formal executor, trustee, administrator, estate trustee, personal representative, or other fiduciary appointment is required, the engagement is structured through a person or entity legally permitted to act in the applicable province or territory.

In British Columbia, where appropriate, fiduciary services may be provided through Lumina Law Corporation, including under s. 70(b) of the British Columbia Financial Institutions Act, as amended from time to time, which permits a law corporation to carry on trust business. Everest Advisory Ltd. may provide related administration, communication, coordination, and project-management support.

In other Canadian jurisdictions, the appropriate structure may include an individual professional, local lawyer or law corporation, authorized trust company, or another person or entity legally permitted to act in that jurisdiction.
