Our role is to help those carrying fiduciary responsibility do so with confidence, clarity, and proper guidance.
What we will do:

Advising Executors and Trustees on their duties, responsibilities, and fiduciary obligations;

Providing guidance on trust administration and ongoing trustee decision-making;

Helping navigate cross-border trust and estate matters involving Canadian beneficiaries, assets, or tax considerations; and

Supporting charitable and philanthropic trust structures and donor-directed initiatives.
