Operating Company Administration

One of the most urgent and underappreciated challenges of incapacity is what happens to a privately owned business when its principal is no longer able to lead it. Without experienced oversight in place, the consequences can be swift and significant — disrupted operations, missed obligations, declining value, and a workforce without direction.
Everest Advisory has deep, practical experience stepping into operating businesses during periods of incapacity.
We provide the hands-on oversight and executive coordination needed to keep a business functioning — protecting its value and stability while longer-term succession or transition decisions are being made.
What we will do:
-
Overseeing day-to-day business operations and maintaining continuity of service;
-
Managing banking, cash flow, payroll, and vendor relationships;
-
Supporting business continuity by serving as a director, officer, or shareholder representative where appropriate;
-
Monitoring regulatory, licensing, and compliance requirements to prevent lapses;
-
Coordinating with management, key personnel, legal counsel, and accountants;
-
Identifying operational risks and implementing protective measures; and
-
Maintaining accurate corporate and financial records throughout the mandate.
